Moong dal dosa (Pesarattu)

INGREDIENTS:
* Whole Moong Dal – 1 cup (green colored)
* Rice – 2 tbsp
* Green chilli – 2
* Ginger
* Coriander leaves (Optional)
* Cumin Seeds
* Finely Chopped Onion
* Salt – as per taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Soak Moong dal and rice overnight.
  2. Grind them with ginger, green chilli and coriander leaves to a soft batter, with dosa like consistency.
  3. Add salt and cumin seeds to this batter.
  4. Make dosa on tava and sprinkle finely chopped onion. Roast well on both sides and serve with chutney.
