Ginger – Buttermilk curry (Tambuli)

INGREDIENTS:

* Ginger
* Coconut
* Green chilli
* Buttermilk

For Seasoning:
* Mustard
* Red chilli

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Grind ginger, coconut, green chilli with buttermilk.
  2. Add salt and sugar to this mix, as necessary
  3. Season with mustard seeds and red chilli.

Tambuli is usually quite watery and is best served with rice!
