INGREDIENTS:
* Ginger
* Coconut
* Green chilli
* Buttermilk
For Seasoning:
* Mustard
* Red chilli
DIRECTIONS:
- Grind ginger, coconut, green chilli with buttermilk.
- Add salt and sugar to this mix, as necessary
- Season with mustard seeds and red chilli.
Tambuli is usually quite watery and is best served with rice!
